President Joe Biden has revealed that his administration is collaborating with Kenyan partner CSquared to construct a countrywide fiber network in Liberia that will assist in connecting one million Liberians to the internet under the United States' Digital Investment blended finance program.

"Therefore, our main goal is to create real opportunities, more equality, and a more safe, secure, and prosperous society. Going forward, we must keep investing together and aggressively.
