A recent documentary has brought forth troubling allegations against music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, highlighting claims of inappropriate behavior toward his entourage and employees, as well as at his infamous "freak-off" parties.

A former employee of Combs’ record label, speaking anonymously in the documentary, alleged that Combs often displayed verbally aggressive behavior in the studio. “Sometimes he says certain things to just kind of, like, test you,” the employee stated, describing frequent yelling and screaming.

The documentary also alleges sexually aggressive behavior from Combs. The former employee recounted instances where Combs would invade their personal space or make uncomfortable gestures, such as winking. On one occasion, Combs allegedly showed them a video of two men engaging in sexual activity, suggesting it was an example of what people in the industry do to rise to the top.

Freak-Off Parties and Allegations of Assault

The employee claimed Combs’ notorious “freak-off” parties were widely known within the industry, saying, “There ain’t a Diddy party that didn’t turn into a freak-off.” Allegations from lawsuits against Combs, accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting victims, are said to have occurred at these gatherings.

In March, law enforcement reportedly seized narcotics, 40 electronic devices (suspected of containing footage from the parties), and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil—items believed to have been used during the events.

Combs’ Legal Team Responds

Combs’ legal team has strongly refuted the documentary’s claims, dismissing them as baseless and defamatory. “This documentary recycles and perpetuates the same lies and conspiracy theories that have been slung against Mr. Combs for months,” read a statement from his lawyers.

“It is disappointing to see NBC and Peacock rolling in the same mud as unethical tabloid reporters. By providing a platform for proven liars and opportunists to make false criminal accusations, the documentary is irresponsible journalism of the worst kind.”
