Zōjō-ji Temple is a significant tourist attraction in Tokyo. It was also known for a long time as the family temple of the Tokugawa Shogun dynasty.

4. Nezu Shrine –

Description - It is a famous Shinto shrine and one of the oldest shrines in Tokyo. It is popular for its vibrant red torii gates and beautiful azalea gardens. Most of its structures date back to 1706, making it one of the oldest Shinto shrines in Tokyo. It was founded in 1705. Nezu Shrine is especially famous for its Azalea (Tsutsuji) Festival which lasts from early April to early May.
